REIWebPro Terms of Service

Your use of REIWebPro’s (REIWebPro means Web Pro LLC) services, websites, products and software (which will collectively be referred to as “Services” within these terms) is subject to the terms of this document between you and REIWebPro.   As REIWebPro is constantly upgrading our system to provide a greater service for you, there may be changes to these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any changes or additions to these terms, which will also become part of the Terms of Service.

These terms and any additions to the terms form a legally binding agreement between you and REIWebPro.  By using REIWebPro’s Services you are agreeing to abide by the Terms of this document.

You agree to make payments for services that are provided.  If a payment does not go through we will attempt to contact you.  If we are unable to contact you within 3 business days of non-payment, you understand that your advertising position will not be held and can be replaced by another company. While we cannot refund monthly payments, there is no long term contract (unless otherwise agreed upon)

You agree that information provided to REIWebPro will stay updated and remain accurate and up to date.  You agree that Services will only be used for purposes permitted by any regulation or applicable law.  You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts the Services.

Unless authorized to do so you agree not to sell, trade, duplicate or reproduce these Services.  You agree that it is your responsibility to make sure advertising html provided for advertising Services is accurate. REIWebPro will test links and check spelling for ads, but cannot be held responsible for errors in advertising that were sent to us.  You must make sure any ad you send to us is accurate with correct links to your website(s) REIWebPro reserves the right to reject any content from any Service.

The terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or REIWebPro.  REIWebPro may terminate this agreement at any time if you breach the Terms, if REIWebPro is required to do so by law, or if REIWebPro discontinues the Service.

While REIWebPro constantly works to get you the most targeted traffic for your advertising, you understand that your use of these services is “as is” and that no guarantee of sales for your business has been stated. 

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from REIWebPro or through or from the services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms.

REIWebPro further expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Services is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or other device or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

The manner, mode and extent of advertising by REIWebPro on the Services are subject to change.  You will be notified of any changes to the Services

REIWebPro may make changes to the Terms from time to time. REIWebPro will notify you by the email we have on file when these changes are made. Any time you are using the Services after the date which the Terms have changed, you agree to abide by those terms. These terms constitute the whole legal agreement between you and REIWebPro. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Oregon.
